TalentFusion is a revolutionary direct sourcing solution company launched in 2023 and is part of the Innova Talent and Technology Solutions family worth 3 billion dollars.

As Head of Creative and Brand Experience at Innova Solutions, I spearheaded the development and execution of a stand-alone brand identity that firmly positioned the company as a market leader in the Direct Sourcing industry. I led the creative strategy, oversaw all design initiatives, and managed a high-performing creative team to deliver innovative solutions.

In collaboration with key stakeholders, I played a pivotal role in securing contracts worth over £100 million with clients such as CareFirst, JP Morgan Chase, and ConocoPhillips. Additionally, I led client relations and the brand experience team, ensuring seamless alignment between creative output and business objectives, while delivering exceptional value to clients.

The Design

To position TalentFusion as a leader in its industry and differentiate it from direct competitors, we intentionally broke away from traditional recruitment 'category norms' to craft a distinctive and forward-thinking visual identity. The goal was to create a bold and impactful brand that resonated with our target market while delivering a fresh and dynamic experience.

This was accomplished through a combination of vibrant, attention-grabbing colors, a modern and cohesive design language, and a tone of voice that conveyed confidence and innovation. The result was a brand that not only stood out but also redefined expectations within the recruitment space.
